I found this E-book, easy to read. without pretentious mumbo jumbo, which most Nutritional books tend to feel they have to include, the book contains good practical advice, with some easy to follow recipes and includes a daily health planner that you could copy and stick on your fridge door. all in all a very good guide towards leading a healthy life. highly recommended .
