Whether you want to measure your progress toward your goals or just want to make sure your fit & healthy on the inside, 5 Star Health Checks fit the bill. We don’t waste time with meaningless BMI or weight, what our trainers are interested in is your body composition! Using user-friendly, non-invasive equipment, we can measure your body-fat, organ-fat, lean muscle, bone density, blood pressure, lung capacity, blood-oxygen, resting heart rate, body-water, & metabolic body-age.
In addition we can also check that your body is moving as it should be by guiding you through our bio-mechanical postural checks also offered. This will reduce your risk of injuries & improve your technique when training. Please contact me if you would like more information.
If you want a completely personalised approach that’s all about you, then this is for you. We start off with getting to know you, your lifestyle, your needs & wants. Then we record what your current health stats are (see Health Checks above), then we get moving! Your training programs are designed totally from scratch to maximise your results, be time-efficient & fit in with your lifestyle. After all this, if you’re not happy with it, we change it – you’re always in control! This is of paramount importance as good training alone will not get you to your goals quickly, the addition of great nutrition will! Our 5 Star trainers will give you a food diary to fill in so we can get a flavour of what your current habits are, then make stage-by-stage realistic suggestions to help make it as easy as possible to form new good habits.
